Property Tax (Important)

We need to pay 80% of the property tax due for the past 4 months (i.e. Dec 2009 to Mar 2010), we are paying only 80% as we have disputed the tax amount to be high, redresal could take some time, hence the need to pay 80% of the amount due immediately.

The tax payment has to be made on individual basis on or before 23rd April 2010, individually because we have not formed the society yet.

The amount payable is in the range 8,000 to 11,000.

To identify the exact amount please get in touch with Bharat Mama.

The Cheque has to be in the favour of MCGM
And on the reverse of the cheque please mention:
1. Name of the flat owner
2. Flat number, Building name
3. "Living Point" (i.e. complex name)
4. Account number xxxxx (this account number also is dependent on the building, please get the same from Bharat Mama)

Wat(er)'s the problem?

A serious request to the builders to get the water problem sorted out asap in Autumn Hay (probably the other buildings too) . I have been told that there is a shortage of drinking water by the security personnel. Timings given is 6 am to 11 am & 6 pm to 11 pm. Yesterday being my first day in Autumn Hay, drinking water was not available in the stipulated time. Even the the boring water for the loos etc was not available.

Seriously request the Builders office to get the same sorted ASAP as I don't think we have water shortage in Bhandup.

Ramp work behind Autumn Hay

Status of the ramp work behind Autumn Hay as on date. Probably in the next one month the entire ramp surrounding the first phase should be completed.

The Club house work is also going on. Not sure how many floor will the club house have & the kind of facilities that are going to provided.
